Prayer Alert: Coup in the Philippines

Please take a moment to pray for Manila.
At the moment, there is tension between the military, police vs. a few allegedly “rebel” military group. This event is happening right now in Makati city, roughly about 5 blocks away from UCB-IFA office. I first got this information from Joyce Titular (Ron Titular’s wife). They were on their way to the UCB-IFA office when they got first hand observation of the unusual presence of military trucks and personnel in the area.
On a side-note, this is one of the many reasons why we are praying for an opportunity to broadcast Christian music in Metro Manila. The powers-that-be in this city MUST be given the awesome opportunity to tune in to The Edge. We are believing that UCB-IFA will play a major role in influencing the leaders of this nation.
Be praying for our Manila staff’s safety as they head on home. And please…. please… whisper a prayer for our country right now. We need Jesus… our Prince of Peace.
