Hello rockers! In case you are not aware, UCB is very happy and delighted to be associated with a wonderful ministry called  www.lookingforgod.com

In the UK  the UCB stations have played spots on air  that asked some really good questions, and at the end they directed people to the web site.  These spots worked, that same month the lookingforGod people noticed an increase in the number of hits to the site and wondered why, they were unaware that UCB UK, UCB Talk, and UCB  Inspirational were playing the additional spots.

So, what we do does make a difference. Sometimes it is easy to get bogged down in the daily ‘grind’, but then you hear that something done on one of our stations is making a difference, changing lives for good. Neat eh?

It seems that LookingforGod.com increased its web page hits for October and I am trying to find out why.

Have we done some promo .broadcasting in October that would influence the figures.?

Hi John,

Yes we started a new campaign in October and aim to refresh the promos every month now.

The October Campaign began on the 5th Oct and contained two 60 sec promos, one from the perspective of God the father, and the other from the perspective of a non-believer. They both played on UCB UK, TALK & Inspirational.

After a week one promo was changed for an older promo.

We have now changed the promos for November, again with two on each station. This time they are 30 seconds. One is aimed at the seeker, and the other draws Christians to the recommend Looking for God to a friend feature on the website.

We will also be creating two new promos for the Christmas period.
