Greetings! All of this may not apply to you personally, or maybe you’ve already sorted this in your browser’s ‘favourites’ folders, but we’d appreciate it if you could have a ‘wee read’ and action it if it does! If you think someone else in your organisation might be interested feel free to pass this on
We need to ensure the following steps are taken (urgently) with regards to the www.ucb.com web address. This is important to meet the legal requirements associated with the transfer of the www.ucb.com domain to another organization.
As of November 6th our official web site address is now www.ucbmedia.com .
( trumpet sounds and clapping)
If you are the IT person for your web site please change all hyper links and all references that currently direct people to the www.ucb.com . Right now.
All web references to the UCB International web site must now be addressed to www.ucbmedia.com
As part of this process, can you also please ensure any printed material or DVD’s you currently have, with the old www.ucb.com address on them, are no longer handed out. We will be working on new brochures and videos to accommodate these changes of the next few months.
As part of this change, the UCB International email addresses also require changing this week.We are adopting the following standardized address format.
First name full stop surname @ucbmedia.com.
We’d appreciate it if you make the changes in your contact folder and also watch it if you just type in the first few letters of name and have the email account pop up.
The correct e-mail addresses to use for the following are:
Hal Short – hal.short@ucbmedia.com
Denis Delaney – denis.delaney@ucbmedia.com
Gary Hoogvliet - gary.hoogvliet@ucbmedia.com
Patrick Dye – patrick.dye@ucbmedia.com
Julia Harris – julia.harris@ucbmedia.com
In other words if you have any addresses in your contact book that use ucb.com those will need to change as per above.
